Neurodivergent Experience Course

Women and girls often navigate social and relationship landscapes shaped by unique challenges and unseen vulnerabilities. We explore how neurodivergence intersects with relational dynamics, shedding a light on the subtle pressures, misunderstandings, and risks that can arise. A deeply neuro‑affirming lens, we aim to build awareness, strengthen empathy, and foster support where neurodivergent individuals can connect, relate, and thrive on their own terms

This support is designed to respond to the full range of traits and needs that may appear in your loved one’s profile. Areas covered include sleep, anxiety, social differences, autonomy‑seeking behaviours, and relationships with food, as well as techniques for regulation, transitions, masking, navigating the SEN pathway, and maintaining self‑care.

The Uncertain Advocate Workshop

Today, more people are receiving diagnoses than ever before, and with that comes a deeper awareness of generational trauma, missed support, and the patterns families have carried quietly for decades. You’re navigating not only your child’s needs, but also the echoes of your own experiences, expectations, and fears. Join this workshop for clarity, validation and empowerment
